DART-nuun Weekly Night Mtn Bike Rides are BACK!

For my local Pac NW readers
DART-nuun's weekly mountain bike rides are back! Starting this Tuesday nigh at 7pm - Dec 9th. The rides will be lead by DART-nuun team members Glen Rogers, Ryan VanGorder or Matt Hart.

What: A mtn bike ride at night
Where: Tapeworm - Towers of Power
When: Every Tuesday at 7pm
How Long: Usually 1.5-2 hrs
What You Need: The obvious - cold weather mtn biking gear. Most importantly a good bike light! We'll have a stock of Light and Motion bike lights to test and demo for those that don't have lights. Email me if you need one this Tuesday - Matt@CoachingEndurance.com

** PS: I'm also going to be putting together and guiding some weekend alpine ski/snowboard tours for anyone interested in backcountry skiing. Right now with no snow I'm looking to take a group out to Camp Muir on Mount Rainier on Saturday Dec 20th. Email me if interested.. and check out the pics/vid from skiing it Sunday.
