Turned Down By the God of Fertility

yesterday went like this:

• wake up too early after just 6hrs of sleep (i need a good 10hr night)
• coffee & internet in fruita
• kokopelli trail head nap
• rode 'more fun' out and 'mary's loop' back
• met melissa, she's cool and was into helping me run the kokopelli (she does tours on mtn bike) - she sent the photo at bottom, good stuff
• plan the whole thing (see pic)
  
  
• test run to see how the morton's nueroma is feeling
  
  .... done - foot hurts real bad. no kokopelli fun - instead i retreat to slc for some tlc.
